Service Description

Have you got a teenager who loves fashion but not sure how to style their current wardrobe? Maybe they lack confidence in their style? Or perhaps they have no clue wear to start? My Teen Queen service equips your teen to know which colours suit them, promotes body confidence by knowing what styles make them look and feel great. We have fun creating new outfits from the clothes they already own and also learn how to shop sustainably. It's a jam packed 1.5hr. But it doesn't stop there. I follow up with an email containing all the info we covered during our session AND I am available for post session questions and queries! Gift this service as a birthday/Christmas present. Boring but important: I am a qualified style coach with the Style Coaching Institute, I am DBS checked. A parent must be present during the session.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a service and do so with more than 72 hours’ notice. You may either reschedule the session or request a refund in full. Should your session be cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice, a 50% cancellation fee of the service price will apply. You will be refunded the remaining 50%. Cancellations within the 72-hour window shall not qualify for rescheduling. To ensure consistency with all our clients there are no exceptions to this rule. In the unlikely event that a service is cancelled by St Maur, you may opt for a full refund or you will be offered a rescheduled session at the earliest possible date. If the service is cancelled due to an issue with the specific venue being unavailable (i.e. the shopping centre is closed for emergency maintenance works) you may opt for a full refund or you will be offered a rescheduled session at the earliest possible date, whichever is preferred.
