Cancelation Policy

If you need to cancel a service and do so with more than 72 hours’ notice. You may either reschedule the session or request a refund in full. Should your session be cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice, a 50% cancellation fee of the service price will apply. You will be refunded the remaining 50%. Cancellations within the 72-hour window shall not qualify for rescheduling. To ensure consistency with all our clients there are no exceptions to this rule. In the unlikely event that a service is cancelled by St Maur, you may opt for a full refund or you will be offered a rescheduled session at the earliest possible date. If the service is cancelled due to an issue with the specific venue being unavailable (i.e. the shopping centre is closed for emergency maintenance works) you may opt for a full refund or you will be offered a rescheduled session at the earliest possible date, whichever is preferred.
