A quick guide

If you know which service you would like to book you can contact me to book your session.

If you are not sure where to start, I am happy to help you find which services work for you and your budget.

I can also create a bespoke package for you to meet your personal requirements.

 Once you have booked your service. I'll contact you to welcome you and confirm your service date and time.  I'll then send you an email with some questions for you to complete and return to me before your appointment.

On the day I'll give you a quick call to let you know I'm on my way.  

Once we have completed your style session I will send you a follow up email with lots of personalised information for you to refer back to!

In Person Sessions

​Some of St Maur’s Style services will require you to complete a pre consultation questionnaire prior to your style service. I kindly ask these are returned 1 week before your style session, so you get the most out of your chosen service. Please see my Privacy Policy for information on how your data is stored

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a service and do so with more than 72 hours’ notice, you may either reschedule the session or request a refund (minus a £5 admin fee.)

Should you cancel your service with less than 72 hours’ notice, a 50% cancellation fee of the service price will apply. You will be refunded the remaining 50%.  Cancellations within the 72-hour window do not qualify for rescheduling, you will need to re book the service at the full cost. There are no exceptions to this rule.

In the unlikely event that a service is cancelled by St Maur, you may opt for a full refund or you will be offered a rescheduled session at the earliest possible date.

If the service is cancelled due to an issue with the specific venue being unavailable (i.e. the shopping centre is closed for emergency maintenance works) you may opt for a full refund or you will be offered a rescheduled session at the earliest possible date, whichever is preferred.

Payment

All payments must be made in full before your chosen service commences. The ‘Love You, Love Your Life’ service has payment options please contact Genevieve Duke regarding this.


Time Keeping

Although I would love to spend all day shopping with you, it is essential that clients arrive on time as personal commitments mean that shops must be completed by the time stated on the service at time of purchase.  If clients are late, the completion time of the service will not be extended.


Extra hours:

Some services (wardrobe declutter, personal shopping) may require extra time above the allocated time advertised. For example: a wardrobe declutter can take much longer if we have 3 wardrobes to edit. Information will be gathered prior to booking for an individual quote.  Additional hours will be charged at a hourly rate of £50.00 and agreed in advance.

Gift Vouchers   

You can purchase gift vouchers for any service offered by St Maur or a monetary value that can be used as part or total payment of a service. All Vouchers for personal sessions and monetary values are valid 12 months from the purchase date. 


Teen Styling Sessions

Sessions that take place with anyone under the age of 18 require their parent/guardian to be present. (Body shape analysis not included) I have been DBS checked; certificate available on request. 

Complaints

If you are unhappy with any part of St Maurs’ Services please contact Genevieve Duke at stmaurstyle@yahoo.com  as soon as possible. I will do my very best to resolve it. Unfortunately, I am unable to offer refunds in the event that you are unhappy with the colours, season or style personality specified in your analysis.
